It’s Valentine’s season, and love is in the air! For those working in retail, hospitality, and beauty there are obvious ways to take advantage of this time of year; you can’t move in a supermarket at the moment for flowers, chocolates, and bottles of prosecco! But those of us working in other sectors can tap into the seasonal spirit too.

 

Here are some ways to show a little love to your customers this February:

 

  1. Offer a loyalty discount – they’ve been there for you through thick and thin, so reward them with an exclusive discount to make them feel special.

 

  1. Offer a free gift – tempt your customers in by offering a gift with every purchase or service; it’s up to them whether they sneakily regift this to their partner…

 

  1. Hold an exclusive event – now that we are just about getting back to normal, maybe you can hold an invitation only event for your customers to show your appreciation?

 

  1. Show some love on social – if you’re a B2B business, you could take some time to promote your clients on your social channels, letting the world know why you love them so much!

 

We’ve all had a tough couple of years, so anything you can do to brighten people’s days will be appreciated! And appreciative customers are happy customers! You can adopt these strategies at any time of the year to show your customers that you care.
